Start a Return
Need to return an item? You can submit a return request online without calling customer service.
Click START A RETURN below and enter the email address used when you placed your order. Shopify will send you a verification code so you can securely access your order.
Select the order and item you would like to return, then submit your return request for review.
Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return or issue a refund. Parts Solution Group will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Please do not ship an item back until your return request has been approved.
